Pleasure Principles Workshop

Pleasure Principles is an intimate transformative 2.5-hour workshop for Black women, guiding them on a journey to rediscover and embrace their sensual selves. This fun, and engaging, yet safe and sacred space encourages participants to connect with their personal pathways to pleasure, explore and communicate their desires, and break free from shame or fear surrounding sexuality. Through interactive discussions, activities, and sisterhood, Pleasure Principles offers an opportunity for Black women to explore their sexuality in a supportive, judgment-free environment.

The  Pleasure Principles workshop:

• allows you the sacred space to JUST BE to explore your sexual self without fear of judgment

• take a deeper dive into the messages you’ve adopted from society that may be hindering your from experiencing your greatest sexual pleasure

• shed the guilt, shame, and judgment attached to those messages

• tune into your unique sexual voice
